These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Essixx HRM application and related services ("Service") provided by Essixx ("we," "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized by your employer to use the Service for business purposes.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use at support@essixx.com.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting unauthorized access, uploading malware, harassing users, or violating applicable laws.
4. Subscription and billing
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing selected at signup. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
5. Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the Service. You retain rights in data you submit. You grant us a license to host and process your data solely to provide the Service.
6. Confidentiality
We treat employer HR data as confidential and process it per our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. See Account deletion for data removal.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Essixx is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
